oh, and about TS, join a squad. il2 is nothing until you join a squad. there are plenty out there, and a lot are on constat recruit with LOTS of training programs.
cant agree with that....
i have a small 17" screen, but track ir is still very intuitive for me.
it felt great from the first minute.

I fired my girlfriend so now I have TIR, 24inc 120Hz screen, Thrutmaster Hotas Warthog, SIMPED rudderpedals and an outstanding computer. I kept my dog because she was happy and contented. She thought it was a good idea with kickass equipment

Have a nice weekend.

I have freetrack and with a little expense of 20 euros i let it function very well. It is almost two years now and nobody of my wing never felt the difference with the other people with Track ir.
So if you can manage to build a little cirtuit like the ones that are builded by children it is a good choice.

For TS I agree. Very important tool and lot of laughs with squad buddies.

TIR however I find to be just a nice addition. Tried it out, liked it very much, don`t have money for it to this day. Didn`t stop me from being a top LW ace though.

You'd probably be just that much better with one

I've bought a track ir 5 along with the track clip, such an improvement.
Might jump on ATAG's ts when I am going to fly online.

But for the track ir users I recomment a track clip pro, better than the track clip wich goes on a cap.

If you get TIR 5 and the Track Clip pro thingie that clips on to your head phones then be very very gentle with it. Mine broke after I put my headset gently on the desk. Lot of other complains about them being fragile.
