The JU87B-2 had hydraulically operated radiator cooling grills.

What you describe sounds like there's insufficient hydraulic pressure or something similar to operate the radiators when idling too low.

It is no bug, it is a feature ... ...

I confirm this
In other words, to get the rads open faster just give your engine more power so more hydraulic pressure is built.

I still have the issue that after a while I no longer can click on the aircraft picture in the pop up window that I want to choose. This happens for instance during an online mission:

I log in, select an airfield and choose the aircraft that I want to fly through the mission. Then I want to change airfield, I do and click on the aircraft picture just above the create button. The infamous popup windows appears showing me the choices that I have. I want to select a plane but I damnit can no longer click on anything. Neither on the aircraft pictures to select a plane nor on the other buttons that are apparent in the popup menue. I also no longer can use any other button.

This is damn annoying.

Now through most buttons I can use tab and enter in order to do what I want to so it is just simply annoying. What is really frustrating is that I cannot access the different plane options by using tab. The cursor just jumps through the buttons in the plane selection popup window but never on the different planes.

Please issue a hotfix until you solve this issue by making it possible to access the plane options with using tab. At least that please. This problem is highly frustrating and already beyond annoyment.

Default BR20 bombsight view crash

BR20 bombsight view game crash

I just tried some multipl. games, and I wanted to try the B.R.20 bomber.
Well, 1 out of 3 times I went to the bombsight view in the bombardier position, the game crashed, with the famous Launcher.exe failed etc..
It seems there's a bug there.
Also, the bombsight can't be set higher than 2400 meters for bombing.

Lightbulb Bugs and Improvements

Bugs:

Spitfire Boost Model

No boost in Spitfire models but the MkII

External View Lock in Tracks

This is no feature. It does not make sense to tie the external view lock to the tracks you are able to make. Editing views should be possible in tracks all the time.

AntiAliasing

Needs a fix. Hopefully with the next patch. Wires and leading edges on airplanes don't fit into the rest of the good graphic.

Square Lakes in France

There are at least 2 huge square lakes in the map located in the south east of the map in france.

Launcher error in MP

Not clearing the cache by hand leads to corruption

Radio communication

Singleplayer Luftwaffe Campaign

The first mission escorting the Dornier needs a revision. Many missions seem to have no goals and always show failure.

Aircraft Funcions

Automatic propeller pitch, automatic radiator seems to do nothing, autopilot on the italian bomber (?). etc.

Autopilot

The autopilot often closes the gear after landing manual. If you want to avoid taxiing this is a bit of a pain.

-------------------------------------------------

Possible Improvements:

Implementing the Hispano Suiza 20mm to Spitfire. (unreliable or not, it should be there)

Implement the possibility to adjust gammaGT

Implement more weather. Even if not dynamic it adds a lot of immersin to add rain, overcast etc.

Easy to operate game screens/menus

Modding should be possible

No, it should not because an engine-mounted weapon in a Bf 109 E is nothing but a false rumor that is still around because far too many "authors" are too lazy to do own research and copy from an ancient (and in many parts downright wrong) publication on the Bf 109. No Emil ever had an engine-mounted weapon.

Ok. Do you have a source? Would be interesting.

I remove this paragraph because there is a lot of controversion in the net about this. Maybe some1 has sources about this thing.

I've got the full compendium on the Bf 109 E from Luftfahrtarchiv Hafner (reproduction of original german aircraft, engine and systems manuals), including detailed manuals on the weapons system. There is no mention of an engine-mounted weapon at all. Not to mention that the oil tank was placed in the same area that the breach of a central weapon would have occupied.
