BlackSix,
Thank you very much for your reply regarding 100 Octane fuel. The aircraft instruments appear not to show 100 Octane performance;100 Octane fuel is documented as one of the fundamental aspects of the Battle of Britain for the RAF. May I refer you to the detailed post from "Klem", dated 11th Jan, on the forum thread for requested improvements: 01-11-2012, 08:45 AM klem Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 1,066 100 Octane fuel -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Type of improvement: Add 100 octane fuel modelling for all Spitfires and Hurricanes. Explanation of Proposals: 100 octane fuel was in use by all of the Fighter Commans stations by the time of the BoB. I agree this would be a welcome addition and if it was server controlled then we could all do with it what we wanted. No more arguments. There is no doubt in my mind that the RAF was using it in their front line fighters in the BoB period. I've even seen reference to bombers and trainers using it too in this period. They had more than enough 100 octane stock piled at the time as official documents prove. |

I would have to agree with my dear friends from the 56th. 100 Octane might be modeled for the spit IIa but none of the servers make it available. Like I said in another post an I will express it here. All Axis and Allied engine variants should be modeled PERIOD. This will allow us server developers to create a great map rotation with a progressive war scenario like SNAFU did on the July 10th mission. I am dumb founded that FM and DM are not being progressed and feel that this area is key and to wait for BoM is sad. I have been engaged with this sim for quite some time and usually do not post on here. But like many others I have waited quite some time to see this sim produced and to hear you guys moving on with only 3 RAF planes flyable is a JOKE. I will continue to HOPE for the future of this sim but your customer base is disheartened to say the least and all your doing is postponing. Now 1946 developed quite nicely and that is why I am still sticking with you but your not helping us who are trying to push the sales and support of the BATTLE OF BRITAIN scenario. It almost like you jump ship on the whole arena instead of selling that arena to be better. I am sorry I really don't want updates on BoM until you get in gear on CLoD. I will buy BoM but I am about this arena first and would like to see more focus on FIXING this game.
Sorry for the rant but getting it on both sides of the channel 109s need FM fixes and variants. Same goes for the Spitfires and Hurries as well as the Beufighter to match the 110s. Well thats off my chest I will wait patiently till someone changes your marketing PLAN!!! Out Last edited by king1hw; 02-10-2012 at 01:57 PM. |

If you could ask Luthier to read the bugs report thread then maybe these issues could get addressed sooner, so we dont keep springing bugs on you that you have no knowledge of.
