There are currently three ways to patch your game.
First
Activate your game on Steam, then does it automatically.
Second
The patch for the English version.
Download, install and.
Third
The patch for the German version. Has a different file path.
Download and install.

If none of that helps you to contact support you need to find a way to determine.
