Thanks for your reply. I have not been able to use any patches yet. This could be a Steam related problem but replacing any .pkqt file from the patch (Setup_RnRModEng1.1) wav folder causes the game not to run properly when executed.

Steam is set to update RnR automatically so I have not even dared to try applying rnr_en_update_setup3.0.1.0. This patch fixes some crash issues and it probably doesn't change audio levels.
