Info window problem

I have this happening all the time with CoD.
the info windows I open from previous sessions show up on the current session. see the attached pix.
I have already uninstalled the games and all it's files from my documents twice!
Please some help me.

This are custom info windows, to close them
CTRL+Left Mouse Click in the grey box
Then right click and close.
