I asked the same question. They figured after windows closed the benchmark 3d 11 program it was a windows error and not a card error...they never checked the logs to see what happened...neither did I once I returned home...my bad there. I also should have made them test it again....failure on my part as well as theirs I guess.

Chalked up to experience for future reference.

Thanks for the help gents....see you in the skies over Dover tonight ...I hope.
