Salute

Might be a competently done animation from a technical perspective, but from a real-life perspective it's garbage.

I doubt the film makers ever talked to an Ace or even a pilot who flew in WWII.

Anyone who has, knows the really skillful pilots were characterised by their cool and calm. In a dogfight, there is no room for raw emotion, every ounce of energy has to be put into flying an aircraft as precisely and accurately as possible.

And every pilot who I talked to, who shot down enemies, never looked at an enemy plane as containing another human, they focused on it as an aircraft, which needed to be shot down, only afterwords would they give a thought to who might have been inside it.

hey, it's just a superb animation, nothing more, no meant to be historical so please comment about the art and work on this animation film, just try to see what the artist is telling with his work, the real meaning of it, and not about the same boring matter about historic accuracy.
