install from steam failed

No.

But I had it installed (Steam) and played it a lot and for some reason it stopped working...

I launched the game, it showed the splash-screen and it shuts down the game immediate. Re-run it stays the same, re-boot pc also etc etc

So I uninstalled it (via Steam --> Remove Local Content or something when rightclicking on the Off-R D icon) and downloaded it again.

Now it works fine and I still got my profile so good for me...

So try uninstalling and reinstalling it if possible...
