Can someone please tell me what is the right gameversion to play on multiplayer?

I only see 1 game and this one only for a few seconds.

I think its a problem, try to download the latest patch or to run the game as administrator (or in compatibility)
Sorry im not a pro in this so you should better wait for experts like nike-it or Fred DM
