Thanks for the screenshots!

Havent installed the patch yet, due to doubts (I am think a beta for a beta and that pushed out on public demand can´t do good) but the screens of the cockpit look good. I liked the haze and loved the horizon on high alts of the first beta (you know which I mean), but the screens of the cockpit of the new beta look better.

Anyway I guess the air in those days was not as clean as it is nowadays.

It would be useful if you add to the comparision screens with the stock game with no beta at all. For me cockpits were wonderfull with no beta at all, were smoked in the first beta and are extremely horrible with last beta.

I have not installed the patch yet, but for me the patch colours are better, with better contrast (especially in 'pit), and much less purple? colour cast. A definate a step in the right direction colour-wise. Good original post.

Exclamation

the colors is good IMHO
But the high constrast in the pit is terrible[much more detail visible in the previous beta, now at the start i got a black colour gauges]
also if you press an external view -F2- the glass of the canopy is barely visible in some points

ps.for the people who have trouble with the E4 and the rads
just press R to make it work again

Cockpit colours are fine, just the reticle is a bit thin and vague, the old one was looking better.

I haven't installed it but judging from the screens they are definitely moving in the right direction. Finally we get some crisp graphics.

Except the gunsight light that should be not crisp at all.
