Default Mission not showing in server list

I have made a mult-player mission, it's in the F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\missions\Multi\Dogfight directory. When I go to Mulltiplayer-Server in-game & navigate to multi-dogfight to select the mission to launch it's not in the list of multiplayer missions. Any ideas?

Hi Salmo.

You need to make sure your mission is in the 1cSoft folder under documents not in the steam folder of the main game install. The path will be the same (missions\multi\dogfight) and then it should show up.

Yep, the mission is in my C:\Users\Owner\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\missions\Multi\Dogfight folder. But it still doesn't show in the list of available missions for multi-player games

How are you trying to run the mission? Through Hyperlobby, in game etc.?

Can you tell me the steps you are using, because I'm wondering if you're loading up the SP server instead of the MP server portion of the game. Are you trying to run your mission under the server option?

Clearly I'm doing this all wrong

I tried to run the mission in-game to test how it runs before lauching on a public server?. I can load & edit the mission OK in FMB, then I go to multiplayer - server - then load. The "load mission server" screen comes up & I navigate to the missions-multi-dogfight folder.

How do I launch a slef-built mutli player dogfight mission so I can test how it runs before lauching on a public server?

If it is actually there (not in Steam/etc.) you have to navigate (change directory) to this folder to see it. Click 2 dots on top of the missions list for list of directories.

Spawn areas are not necessary (e.g. coops). Just launched a single-player mission (with 'Player' checkbox checked) in a lobby for a test. It works.
