Same VGA, no stutters and freezes in high settings. Put more RAM and upgrade CPU. You are running a SIM, not other FPS title: you need more RAM and CPU speed. Same with ArmA2 series, DCS series.
By the way, your mobo only supports DDR2, isn't? If you upgrade to faster CPU + 8GB DDR3, Cliffs will runs MUCH better, and it's a cheap upgrade! Try it!
