server autostart

Hey friends,

another question for the server setup. I suppose most of you have the dedicated server in autostart as well as steam so that everything starts and gets ready as the server machine runs up.
So i'm trying to do this as well but when I put the Launcher command in autostart it will only start when I log in to the server. So I tried to move the command into the registry autorun. But then the Launcher starts in background and when i later log in I have no access to it and can only kill it via taskmanager. Any suggestions to solve this? Or do I need to go the login way if I want a server with console window?
