Once a "destroy target" has been set for one side it is auto set for "defend" for the other side with one limitation:
If the attacking side is to destroy 100% of the objects within the defined circle, the defending side can only defend that target to a maximum of 75%. So once the attacking side destroys more that 75% of the target they will win despite having to destroy 100%. Does that make sense?
