to reset chat window
first make a copy of your old ConfUser.ini Then delete the ConfUser.ini from C:\Users\ ... \Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover Then disable stream cloud before starting up Start up this will give a new Confuser.ini file,check to see then chat screen appears then shut down. Added you control setting video setting from your old ConfUser.ini file then restart game check that everything work as and if so restart steam cloud before shutting down the game and it will save the present settings
