The whole aspect of the information disseminated about this product?
Has been contradictory and limited....

Same here....IMHO

Can you tell me this?
Is it UBI's fault or 1C?

Or is it?
No Warranty...expressed or implied...As is?

Your opportunity?
Should you take it?
To throw a little more out there...than you have....
If its anyones fault it could be laid on Maddox Games for not finishing the sim in a timely manor. Anyone with a modicum of common sense should realizes a project this complicated could be inundated with setbacks, so I've given the developer a pass at this point. The publishers were simply no longer willing to support the sim without some monies coming in. Now its up to Maddox Games to finish the project. I'm hoping that it won't take too long as the negative publicity in print and on the forums will certainly kill sales they most desperately need to stay in business.

File a lawsuit. Let us know how it goes.

Fault?
Who gives a flip.
Why should I care?
Why would anyone in here care?
Does it have anything to do with the next update?

Your constant whining about meaningless BS is tedious.

Pud, if old information on the website causes them to go out of business, I will move on with my life. I suggest you do the same.

I got the old information part "Hardway"....
It's as outdated and as promising as yours....

And presented in the same way....
with the same explanation....

As is?
Is what is....

That reminds me of you....
Just as palatable....

For "Hardway":
"A tool and his money, are soon parted..."

Pud, you asked for a response. I gave you one. Who cares? If you're unhappy about being parted from your money, ask for a refund.

You are excused for your rating because no one told you it wasn't out of 1000. Otherwise its pretty funny to have that kind of sarcasm at your disposal.

It's just what I read here:

http://il-2-sturmovik.ubi.com/cliffs-of-dovers/blog/uk/

"For all of you encountering issues with the game, we strongly encourage you to visit 1C’s European forum, where Ilya is posting daily updates on the situation and useful tips to deal with perfomance issues:"

This is what has been posted at the above link...and again, not
trying to start anything here....

Comments? Preferably, nice, informative ones.....appreciated.
Ouch!

I think they need to talk to eachother (if not to us).
