I forsee a lot of broken landing gear struts in my future.

This also explains why I come across so many planes with broken gear hanging down

It has been reported in this thread that hitting the esc key during flying is a major bug and needs to be fixed.
Thanks!

Player's airplane getting a kommandeur << code, no matter which position it actually have.

This also might be related with the command bugs.

i had this kind of smoke as well on syndicate once.i was chasing a spit, the spit turned away,i tried to follow and all of a sudden it disappeared in this kind of smoke, which looked almost looked like a splash of water.it appeard suddenly, lasted some seconds and then dissapeared as quick as it came.the only difference to your screenshots was that the spit became invisible through that cloud.it overcasted it.but i was really surprised and due to this incident, i missed my chance to kill that spit.but at least i made some holes in that beauty.

Since last patch I finally get quite a lot runtime error messages when starting a mission (game starts normally). It comes when the screen changes to the loading screen.

I initially thought that this was due when I launched COD from the desktop icon (which no longer has a symbol but some default windows icon symbol). But now I also got this runtime error when launching COD from steam. Again at the same location.

However, it does not occur everytime I launch COD.

My OS is Vista 64b

My system:
quad core intel i7 920
6 GB ram
Nvidia GTX 275
