No. You can freely go online with any mod. Even a 1000 rps, hit-kill, unlimited ammo thingy.

Anti-cheat seldom stops anyone from using cheats, but it may detect the cheat and ban the offender later.

Can we at least find out if VAC is running? i only fly on the SYN server, is Bliss about?

Not my issue. I Want the opportunity to host small partys for firends were we use mods without worring about gettign banned. the same way i lunch CR=0 in il2 when playing with friends or squad mates.
