Default Nvidea Control Panel and Launcher.exe?

My Nvidea control panel does not recognise Clod as a full screen app since the last official patch. My video options show Full screen and Vsync is enabled. I do not appear to have any screen tearing (which I would have expected) but cannot set custom graphic options anymore.

Does anyone have CoD recognised in their Nvidea control panel?

Thanks for the confirmation Cheesehawk, I set it in Nvidea but after I launch CoD it disappears in the control panel.

Launcher.exe has never been recognised by the nV control panel

Doesn't recognize SLI either 99% on one GPU 10% on the other...sigh...

EDIT
I take that back...I'm using the WHQL Quadro driver 275.65 with a modified inf file. I navigated to the 'launcher.exe' and set up a profile using AFR2 and now I'm getting decent scaling of SLI. With GTX 580's @850mhz, a 980x @4.2ghz, all in game settings at their absolute max, I'm averaging 55-60 FPS @ 1920x1080 whereas before I was averaging in the 30's. Could be worse.

Could you open the nV Control Panel/ profiles (if you are using that) up again and check what Icon is listed for the Launcher?

The same Icon as what I had in my Nvidea program settings before the last patch. The only other thing I changed was installing the latest Nvidea drivers.
