An interesting video.Seen it before but still interesting.
I find the 109 instruments much easier to read,and I assume its the same IRL.Always found the British instruments very cluttered. As for the lack of rear view visibility, the LW fighter pilots never thought anone would be behind them,so it wasn't important...
