You can wipe out whole villages with that ammo type. Try shooting at houses, the collapse quite fast with the 2 nose guns only.

They released the game with empty loadouts for the German airplanes, of course because they needed to test the game without being shot down.

I guess that is an ammunition used for testing too.

A whole generation of pilots learned to treasure the Spitfire for its delightful response to aerobatic manoeuvres and its handiness as a dogfighter. Iit is odd that they had continued to esteem these qualities over those of other fighters in spite of the fact that they were of only secondary importance tactically.Thus it is doubly ironic that the Spitfire’s reputation would habitually be established by reference to archaic, non-tactical criteria.

Are we saying that the loading should just contain observer rounds in the E1?

Ze-Jamz....try it!!!its deadly and you will see nice effects
-bombers will loose wings really fast!also tend to explode
-hurris go into huge fire balls
-spits look like swiss cheese after some bursts with that ammo

Still looking for an effective cannon armament, hopefully the e4 mine shells will be the wing popper we need.
