The keyboard settings are stored in confUser.ini
(..Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover) you will find a second confUser.ini in ..Steam\SteamApps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover if you need the orginal settings simply copy the confUser.ini from "..Steam\SteamApps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover" into the "..Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover" folder. You should also deactivate the steam cloud.
