Same here, Fraps no longer working with this official update on my system. Can only record menus, etc.

Thanks for the tip LES, I will install the beta, I didn't try it when released as the official one was planned to follow pretty rapidly. Will keep my status 'off-line' untill a fix is found or released.

EDIT:

Not sure if you can roll back, if you can - how do you do it?

I checked the Beta download and noticed that it has a file 'bob_update04.SFS located in the beta PARTS - BOB folder. However, the official patch writes/replaces 'bob_update03.SFS and 'bob-update04.SFS' doesn't exist in my directory. Should it be there or does the official patch delete it?

Actually, making FRAPS impotent could be a sign 1C is beginning their re-deployment strategy as we speak. No more videos means, CLoT never happened. Now they just need to start the global deletion process. Maybe some secret code in the STEAM cloud will help with this. Could be they had a secret plan to do this for a long time. I keep my fingers crossed.

Something has screwed up with the d/l or there is a really odd conflict. May be someone could check their Steam - parts - bob folder and see if they have a 'bob_update04.SFS' in it.

Someone can give this man his pills?

FRAPS only don't work in fullscreen mode and pseudo mode. In window mode, it's working OK. Another issue in the "Clod Fullscreen Support Saga"...

Yippee! I have it working in full screen.....I changed the screenres flag to 0 in the cnfg file and also changed the height from 768 to 720. (You may not have to do the latter!) Happy bunny now...also works with my HD monitor at native res.

width=1280
height=720
ColourBits=32
FullScreen=1
ChangeScreenRes=0
