I hope to go the next year. But with the olimpic games, i don´t know if i have some problem (travel, plane ticket, hotel, etc...)

I've heard of a class of ticket "VIP" to approach to aircraft. Gilly, you know something?. Can you purchase the same day?. As you know I'm not from England.

Can I buy tickets on the day? Or is it better to buy tickets online in advance?

Have fun mates

There's the regular entrance which gets you in (£29 this year)and access the the flight line was only £2 I think last year which gets you up close and personal with the aircraft flying (pics above are from the flight line). The VIP or gold tickets also give you lunch and a private seating area.
I've always pre-ordered tickets but you can just turn up on the day (jack did
last year).
As for the Olympics you'd be better off saving the money and having a proper weekend up the road with the warbirds!!!

Cool, we met a few PC guys last year (we're not worthy!!) who are there again this year. If you fancy a warm beer give us a shout and I'll drop my contact details over.

Thank you very much Gilly. No doubt that I'm saving to see these winged beauties
The question is whit the Olympic Games, the travel and accommodation prices will be more expensive

The access to flight line, do you pay there?

Thank you for your attention

Bring a tent and camp like we did. That worked out about £12 per night per person.
The flight line you pay for as you enter it. I think last years proceeds went to a local charity.
Well worth every penny.

The Skies of Fire guys have confirmed they'll be down although no Lewis as he's away in Istanbul! Both Valisk and Jinzo have said though they'd like to catch up.
