I was a Captain on both the Crj 900 and the Emb 145 Regional Jets, stuck it out with the commuters for 10 years before I got fed up and quit the industry (don’t ask). Before that I had several gigs where I flew a variety of AC, from light singles to twins to float planes to corporate jets.

So I’m a pilot who likes video games. I sometimes look at the professional pilot forums but to be honest, all those guys seem to do is bitch and this place is a lot more fun. And I’ve learned a lot here. You guys know more about computer software in general and gaming in particular than I ever will. I never would have bothered with BoP if you guys hadn’t recommended it because frankly, I thought the demo sucked, and now it’s my favorite game. So anywho now if I see a thread about “real” aircraft or how real world flying compares to BoP, I figure I might as well add my 2 cents (for what its worth).

I’ve flown dozens of AC without rudder trim and yes your leg gets tired but it’s really not that big a deal. I kinda laughed when a saw your previous post because I had just worked a full day flying a crop duster with no rudder trim, and I’m not a young pup anymore LoL. I’ve never flown anything without elevator trim nor would I want to, poor pitch control can ruin your whole day.

No, this is just a modification to a previous AD that has been around for a long time, I doubt it will change much. I wish all ADs were as simple to comply with LoL. Anyway it's been years since I've flown a Cessna product.
