I ought to say about that.
The campaign is not totally bug fixed, there some things to be done. Until that day a strongly recommend not to use RS content. |

Here, see if the translation for these files are any good, they're the last 3.

Interesting mod/expansion, great work all who did this. But since i undertand this was done by players, not official dev of game there are some problems.
1) I`ve found while lvling units there is no astral ress bonus, all other unit get physical/fire/magic/poison are added while lvling units but not astral. 2) Also in magic ball/lether dress astral ress is missing in items.txt , in medals.txt in guardian angel also astral ress missing in all 4 lvl`s. I`ll report when i find more, i`m not trying to lower this mod, just want to help in checking things before you ppl place this on market ![]() |

I was under the impression that astral resistance was never NORMALLY allowed. Only Gift Bag / Crossworlds really started to consider it with the Chaos Crown and Crystal Ball. Magic Ball/Crystall Ball should apply astral resistance, unless it was a bug to begin with and they 'fixed' it. Guardian Angel never applied to Astral Resistance as far as I know. As to whether or not they should, that is a different question. |

Ok astral ress is new since CW because before that no unit had astral dmg. But guardian angel/crystal ball/leather dress have ALL resistances % and should give resistance to all types of dmg. Stone skin say res% to physical and it gives that, shield of dragon slayer say res% to fire and gives that, so it`s only normal that item/medal that say res% to ALL gives res% to ALL. Same problem i never figured out how to fix is with divine armor spell, it doesnt protect from astral dmg.
1 more prob, but it`s posible only with my game : whenever i start battle with orc saboteur in enemy army my game crashes, no matter what units i have in my army and no problems with any other of new units mystic/evil genius/ice dragon . . . only orc new unit makes this problem. Any idea`s what`s problem and how to fix it ? |

Wow
Wonderful to hear about Red Sands. I glimpse thru some of the posts on this thread and it seems to be still WIP ? Can I jump in now and just update the Mod folder on my PC when new updates is ready or it will require a restart once the Mod is full completion / translation ? I am currently trying out Marlow's Legends mods but feel that Red Sands is definitely much more interesting as it is totally new contents. Keep up the good work !!!! ![]() |

If you alt-tab, you can see the "caught exception" in windows, and just click on "ignore" to continue playing. As for a REAL crash, I can get the game to crash when the ENEMY Dragon of Chaos turns my Heavenly Guardian (rune mage summon) to a Rage Pill. It is playable for the most part. The quest texts are off though, so you have to blind guess what the proper text is since it is sometimes shifted. ![]() The difficulty is... different. In some ways it is easier, in other ways it is harder. That said, it is quite good though so far. I posted a thread in the main page citing "spoilers" and "discussion". No one really posted on it though... ![]() |

Ok i agree about misleading definitions of some item`s/spell`s etc but rune mage got their fix about runic armor error in 1.3.1 patch, there was fix for other problems also, so why is it such big problem to write `Divine shield gives resistances to physical and elemental dmg. Which leaves us with almost no protection from astral dmg if we dont find crown of chaos/ghost armor. Stone skin gives physical res, so why divine armor gives it also but doesnt apply astral res ?
Orc saboteur problem isn`t blocked game untill i choose retry/abort/ignore on my desktop, it just close game with to other options. As for quest dialogs, yes i have same problem but i just try out this mod untill official translation comes out (i hope soon, because i want to try out new companions Mesmer seems great for mage hero). And about your tread i`ve seen it but since there is already 2 started in mod`s i dont think you`ll get much trafic there because this is still in development and not much players tried it to give you coments about contents and their impressions. |
