Attention MG! That night, steam changed the Russian version in English.

Owners of the Russian version had a possibility to try the English version for free this weekend. To make the rest of customers happy the same free trial event is being considered for owners of the English version for next weekend. The Russian version does not have an annoying epilepsy warning and some may like it better. Thank Steam or UBI in this case. MG is not involved.

Besides the warning screen on startup, is there any difference between the English and Russian versions if you turn of the epi-filter on the former?

Duh, ofcourse it's in Russian lol.
Took that as being obvious..but what's the point in letting english speakers try to decipher russian if there are zero other differences (once epi-filter is disabled).

Ataros's : "and some may like it better" made me think there might be other differences too or that the epi-filter still interferes even when disabled?

With all settings on maximum except trees = high, FPS is highest for me since this latest update. I did also start using mod "Forest Green" about the same time, so can't be 100% sure if it is the update or mod or combination of both causing the improvement...
