Turning off forest also helps according to posts at sukhoi.
upd. Everyone in this thread runs x64 Win7 or Vista. Make sure you install updated x64 drivers for your sound card from sound chip manufacturer. I had a hard time finding compatible sound drivers for my old Audigy 2zs (mentioned above). And I run with multithreading off in BIOS btw. Try limiting No. of cores maybe to just 4.
