A very good video card ! If you use SLI you can buy 2 8800GT for the price of one GTX.
And in many tests you can see a 8800GT is only 5%-10% slower than a GTX.

yes right but look at the price. For this money you can buy 2 GT if you use SLI. If you buy only one GT you has a loss of 5 % compared to the GTX.

So if someone will updade the PC til BOB the GT is a wonderful card.

For those that like ATI they have released the HD3870, which in most cases gets 2-4 fps less that the GT for about $20-$60 less than the GT. Not saying one is better than the other, they are both great cars for the prices, just offering an alternative to those who don't like nvidia for some reason.

HD3870 additionally has 55 nm and DirectX 10.1 support if this means something ...
