Well done KAV!

Now we can guess the rest of the scenarios/campaign locations, the bets are on.
I'm very happy about Malta of course, will be fun to fly over my house!

Very much hoping for the Alps, Norwegian Fjords and North African deserts!

Aside from the fact that it's the sequel to BoP, the two things that's got me excited more than ANYTHING were the phrases; co-op strike (FINALLY) and "massive" online multiplayer dogfights! So that will be a minimum of 32 players to a room possible and with the word massive being in quotations implies that its likely to have even bigger numbers than that! If I remember correctly, Cliffs of Dover boasts over 100 players in a room? Could those numbers be possible in a console game? I can only hope!

Well Done Kav

I add:

The Battle of the Rhur
Nightfighters Bf-110 or He-219 Uhu

The siege of Malta
SM79 Sparviero, Macchi MC 200, CR.42, Gladiator

In the Pacific Theater don´t forget de japanese dive bomber Aichi D3A Val

I have wanted to play the attack online with Japanesse fighters .... kamikaze!!!

Other possible campaigns?

Normandy (with Typhoons )
Barbarossa
Strategic Bombing of Germany
North Africa
Kursk
Leyte Gulf (but I do not think, too many Japanese missions)

Easily. The game MAG for PS3 had up to 256 players in some modes.
Konami are a good pulbisher and I'll be suprised if they don't help this take off. It would be good if they implimented servers too.

I'm going to try and see how much I can sweet talk Konami over the coming months. May put an interview together on my site (which I will share here).

And now for my resopnse where I turn into a child:
MY GOD!! It looks visually stunning. ME WANT NOW!

I hate to rain on paraids though, however we have to keep in mind multiple versions of aircraft - in BoP there where 5 (or so) Bf-109's with multiple FW-190's and spits etc. But, that does mean that they only have to polish the assets for WoP and port them over (109's etc). Whats got me most excited is the carriers! As long as we don't explode as soon as you put a wheel wrong and can "accidentally" slide into other aircraft!
