damn i want IL2 in the pacific so bad. couldnt care less about any other theatre. the game performance would be so good lol (not much land)

atmosphere looks good. Is this again the old IL-2 Sturmovik engine?

I was wondering the same thing. Aircraft models look a lot like the old Il2. Just a lot more pyro and stuff going on. Not bad, would get it if I had a console game system. Just for the heck of playing it on a 70 inch LED.

I was under the impression that WOP used its own engine but used the flight models or something from il2.

Your right WOP never used the IL-2 game engine, but they did borrow aspects of IL-2's flight model and modified it. Gaijin used their own game and graphics engine.
