Well, guys, thank you for the appreciation. I'll post all the news concerning the sequel and the expansion pack, but a bit later.

Just finished the third campaign, and have enjoyed all of them thoroughly. I especially liked the way the campaigns were joined together at the end. I cannot think of any serious flaws in the game design, and I look forward to the expansion and sequel.

Minor improvement would be the ability to also level normal units up to 10, as many of mine (I could not let any die...) soon reached 5. This would balance the strength of heroes in the endgame, as they become an order magnitude more powerful than anything else.

Hope this will make you happy - I think in the sequel the lavel cap has been increased to level 10. I need to double check with the studio though.

No, it hasn't. Sorry. It's not such easy.
Besides, many new units, skills and features were added.

I am a gamer from the stone age. Remember c 64 and amiga?

Anyway, bought this game friday, and played all through the weekend. Lovely game. I have missed a good turn based stategy game for a long time. For me the gameplay is the most important thing, and you have done a real good job.

Keep up the good fight

Loving the game so far, my only gripes would be:

1) The in-game sound is a bit anemic and could use a more punch. Sound balancing is an issue (why does the hexer blowgun make more noise than a cavalry charge?) And I have the sound effects turned all the way up and my speakers cranked so I can hear, so whenever a cutscene triggers I'm nearly blown out of my seat by the volume.

2) On snowy maps it can be very difficult to see which units have attacked. The little sword attack marker gets lost in the snowy background.

Other than these minor quibbles I am thoroughly enjoying myself. The game forces you to make some interesting decisions, which is the most important aspect. Thanks for making it HARD!
