Saitek levers forward, on-screen sliders go up, in-cockpit levers go down, prop-pitch dial hands go anti-clockwise.
Physical (Saitek) levers match on-screen sliders correctly. (A) In-cockpit levers match dial-hand direction correctly. (B) (A) and (B) do not match each other correctly. Un-reversing the physical lever axis in controls makes everything work correctly EXCEPT the on-screen sliders, which indicate the opposite direction (I had reverse set originally). Basically the whole schmiel is FUBAR. |

Crash-landed my 110 after an engine failure, it slid, rolled, then didn't stop rolling until it appeared to go under the map and finally exploded.

Not sure if I'm supposed to be able to turn off an engine with the same buttons (keyboard) I use to turn one on? I can't. Turning one on flips the mag-lever on, but trying to turn one off doesn't switch the mag-lever off. And 50m off the deck with one knackered engine isn't the time to use the mouse.

You can map keys to the magnetos if you don't want to use the mouse. Then you select the engine you want to turn off in the same way we've done since IL2 and move the mags to off.
