-The landscape totally didn't look like england in summer.

-Resolution was somewhat crap (probably due to the game engine)

-The animations weren't very convincing.

-There were no hedgerows!

-No Anti-Aliasing!

yeah I love the 109 F4. Probably my favorite plane from the original IL2....

From June to Sept of '40 No. 19 Squadron used the Spitfire Mk1b.
Then from Oct of '41 they flew the MKVb.

I understand that there were problems with the magazines in the MK1b that were so bad that the squadron traded all of their planes with a training squadron that had the MK1a's.
