You PAM setting is for a 4 core CPU.. 6 core uses a different number.. (can't remember at the moment, use the search function) Make sure you have the semi colon removed from the PAM line in the conf.ini and make sure you are using the conf.ini under the USER directory, not the STEAM APS entry..

With the latest patch PAM isn't necessary and W7 64bit has thingy named Core Parking (at least for Intel systems). Core Parking can be turned off in the Registry.

do some research on it as disabling Core Parking can yield benefits

63 is the correct number for the 6 core... but honestly - better results will be had without AffinityMask activated and with Core Parking disabled

binary core

1 ------ 0
2 ------ 1
4 ------ 2
8 ------ 3
16 ----- 4
32 ----- 5
= 63

Set it to 63 but makes no difference..most of the load is still on the first core and the fan is maxed out, its instantly noticeable when you exit the game..

i can start flying turn off sound, put the plane on autopilot and here the fan pick up speed within 2-3 mins of flying untill its maxed out with RPM...

no other game does this and its the same with beta patch

Amazing link!

Thank you Extreme One!

PS. Do not want to spoil the fun reading the two pages but someone mentions inside that it may not produce results with AMD processors....
