D3D11_0 works but has graphic anomolies and kills fps by half, the same for D3D10_1

Tree shadows are based on shadows maps, if those shadow maps are too much low, they fliker.Shadows maps should decrease resolution at much more distance.BTW , dont you trhink shadows are too much dark?
