How do I get ground crew/people in the game?

Nevermind, found the solution. Set SpawnHumans=1 in the conf.ini did the trick.

Tanks forsharing, I was wondering too (but was too lazy to search).

Another fps killer for our generation of GPUs I presume but good to know
