Birds Of Prey is the console version of the game. It's available on PSP, DS, 360 and PS3. The 360 and PS3 versions are the best air combat game ever released on consoles.
Wings Of Prey is a PC conversion of the 360 and PS3 game with some changes. The graphics are a bit more detailed and the multiplayer is more flexible, for instance allowing change of aircraft during a match. WOP also has a Luftwaffe expansion which includes a new set of missions and most importantly 4 player campaign co-op.
The PC version also includes German cockpit views missing from the console versions.
I own both but would pick the console version any time. The community is great and the game plays brilliantly with either consoles controller. Plus you can pick up a flight stick cheaply for 360 or PS3 if you want a more authentic experience
