I'm as impressed with the fact that you guys found sufficient references to model the interior of this plane, considering most of them were hacked from the sky by the Germans in 1941.

Was the example on display at Monino any help in modeling this?

i'm not sure that i understand you right)
but about Monino i can say, that we a made a trip to it, something about year ago...
with couple fotocameras and rulers...
representatives of the museum we are warmly welcomed and allowed to touch and take pictures of our SB!
That's really helped us)

Monino is awesome!Is a shrine for flyboys.Want to go there once in my life.

BTW,nobody knows the DB-3 cockpit? (not IL-4,the DB-3M)
