There are a number of copies floating around that have the first patch included. The game can't be played on-line and most of the people I know here in the states that have it already pre ordered. So its kinda like they already paid for it and get to experience a buggy start to what is going to be a great game.

And honestly the game didnt have a demo, so this is not all that bad IMHO. Besides most of them just wanted to see if it would run on their rig, BEFORE the 19th so they could get the needed upgrades in time, to more enjoy the US release.

and if none of that put your angers to rest. Well pirating is just what happens when you have release dates that are a MONTH apart.

To be honest at first I was upset when I saw US getting CLod last but after this whole fiasco with code problems I'm not so mad. ITs like the early buyers are doing beta testing. Still not sure what hardware this is gonna need till they done patching and optimizing code. I hope it doesnt take all summer. Maybe they can get the ROF programmer to help out for some cash!!

Or maybe ROF could swap anti stutter optimization for some decent netcode. Just sayin'.
