I have tracked down the source of the launcher crash post patch.
Anyone with similar problems navigate to "Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\cache" and delete all the files except the folder "shaders", then go into the folder "Shaders" and delete all the files in there too. Spoke too soon, performance is not improved with my rig and micro stutters worse than ever, in line with other ATI HD user observations. Last edited by Blue Scorpion; 04-08-2011 at 06:29 PM.
