They can be employees, but not yours, if don't like a product don't buy, buying something it's not a ticket for complaining, you get a license to use as is.
I see you spoke from eagerness to have a great sim, at least you said "please keep working 12hs" but i don't know if you work, but too much work can make a mess of you, and prevents the best solution to be found.
