Was the sound of the wind left out of the game, then?
I play lot of rice of flight, And i no, they are all open cockpits, but the sound of the wind, is just brillant, more so when you lean left or right.....

I did actually hear the wind before. While going down vertically with my engine having blown up. But with closed canopy

To be honest I don't think you can hear the wind with "helmet" and earpeaces on
plus a roaring 2000 hp engine in front of you unless the engine stops. But I might be wrong

You wont hear much else ... even the other Merlin sitting in close formation but you can certainly hear the aerodynamic air noises in this video, its very speed dependent. Listen to the roar as they come down the backside of the loops and do the high speed lo passes.

Check the vid at 0:43-0:48 and 1:19-1:42...... I think he has to centre his Trackir... it's tracking too high
Also, if he turns off his mirror he'll pick up a few more FPS!
