Set the game to very high
Look at my Logitech G15 CPU/RAM display

79% Ram used over london which is 4.74GB of 6GB

27% for windows which is 1.62GB

4.74GB - 1.62GB = 3.12GB Which is the limit that a 32Bit gives the user.

Based on that alone, I think the game is CAPPED at that not necessarily a 32bit program.
Your thoughts?
4GB is the limit in a 32bit OS, windows usually splits this 2GB kernel mode & 2GB application. You can allow more for applications with a boot switch but as this reduces the kernel mode reservation it's not advisable as if that runs out of memory, BOOOM!!!!!

64bit os isn't limited like this but a 32bit application would still be, so in theory could use at most 4GB

Also doesn't the exe report it's 32bit WOW in task manager? (not at home right now so can't check).
