Jams at mission end/results screen.

Every time I finish a mission it jams on the mission end stats and results page.
I click on Back to leave it and nothing happens. Stays locked up until I kill COD via Taskmaster.
No report of any error or anything, just unresponsive until killed.

I have yet to actually quit the game normally after a flight.

After the last one I went and cooked tea and eat it - so not a case of me being impatient whilst it unloads/loads resources etc.
