You can buy it from direct2drive. i thought yesterday it was cheaper but now its 50 euros or 30 pounds. I already preordered on steam since d2d is usually a day late with unlocking.

I have mine on pre order from D2D.It was cheaper over the weekend because they had a 20% off sale,but thats finished now.
Last place I would order it from would be ubi.

If you are referring to physical copies: It looks like some places are breaking street date. Don't fret over it too much. They won't be able to play the Europe/AUS version any sooner than you. It is attached to a Steam account, and that won't let you play it in your region until the official release date.

I knew about steam but I would have liked to buy the CE through a trusted known vendor..
