The only difference between the versions are the language selection. Russians can only select Russian language, international customers can select all languages other than Russian.

Otherwise the game is exactly the same, stored in one place, so everything in this patch that is not text-related will go out to the entire world regardless of region.

So with the patch we will have two identical versions of the game (except language selection) so we will be able to turn off anti-epilepsy filter and you will continue to work on optimization of the sim.

I'm pretty sure the "turn off" thing is absent from the europian version. THATS the main issue here. RUSSIAN version gets no epi filter, because they dont sue for getting fat etc..
