S!

Might this dip in FPS be because of the AI/FM/DM change? Didn't Luthier or Oleg mention in an interview that planes farther away would use simplified routines and only get more complex when closer to the player? Just an idea..

@Flanker possibly. It probably would run very nice online with other players when your computer doesn't have to calculate AI at all.

Yes, but still it would be quite a task if the server had 128 players. Lot of traffic there, even without AI. Well..patches will come so we will see

Yep, apparently the first reviews about the multiplayer have been quite disastrous - in a french game forum..

In six months of optimization I'll buy CoD. Will be a great combat flight sim, but in the FUTURE, russian game devs must start to think without the all capitalist/corporative mind...

That's not the way the world MUST spin... Maybe 1C and Oleg can learn the lesson with this trouble release: think in a way to close your product with your consumers, direct distribution, alternative ways to generate incomings, etc.

Or live with deadlines, restrictions, etc, and blame the "game industry" for everything... But wait: YPU ARE THE INDUSTRY!
