Yes we can, they can force Oleg to stop showing off videos, it wouldn't be the first time a publisher has done this to generate a "media blowout" and hype for a game.

Don't watch video's , just get the game when it comes out. be surprised. Video just spoils it.

yep. i have the same feeling...
by the way, as you can see on this table: http://www.softclub.ru/games/releases.aspx the release of il-2 from 1c is on "march 2011". compare it with LEGO and SHOGUN which have exact dates in 15 and 25 march! so if we have "march 2011" we still have nothing... sadly Last edited by =WF=RAW; 03-04-2011 at 10:13 AM. |

I'm glad we have so many marketing specialists here, with so much experience in international cooperation of global player distributors. Thanks and keep it up, folks!

You want videos? How about searching on Youtube?

As fed up as I am with no videos with sound or new videos, I do still think it will be out on the specified release date. Oleg said that date is solid. So as I have said in a previous post I think they are ahead of what we see in screens. But my bug bear is that I believe we should be being shown current development screens.

Seems strange to me. Any hint that Ubi forced 1C to stop showing anything? Me think a trailer is in the works. That's probably late but who nows who has what at disposal to create one and how much time it takes them. We're a small bunch here waiting for that for sure, but I guess IL2 is not on top of the priorities for Ubi marketing, and if they got what they needed already late, hard to win back lost time (partially by choice, allocation of ressources, which here we "don't" accept, but may be understandable) |
